"The vehicle arrived was Mercedes Benz Vito which I think was an upgrade to my booking. My SIM card suddenly doesn't work on the day of booking. Luckily I can contact the driver with WhatsApp. Everything was so smooth. The driver was helpful for loading and unloading my luggages. I was a bit nervous when placing the order since no one has the experience to share with me but it turns out great."
